The location was perfect for walking to
downtown attractions. I loved being right across from the river walk. The staff were friendly, and the room was small but had nice amenities. However, parking was a real hassle with limited spaces available.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We loved visiting Belly of the Bison for dinner and grabbing coffee at Baked across the street. The location is super convenient. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean and stocked up. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi can be spotty, and the parking feels tight, but overall it was a great experience.
I did notice that the restaurant prices seemed a bit high for the food quality. The noise from the hallways was noticeable at times, but it wasn’t too disruptive during my stay.

I found the Edgewater Hotel beautifully decorated and very accessible for seniors. The spacious common areas and well-appointed rooms made navigation easy, ensuring my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable without any hassle.
More on-site dining options would enhance the experience.

Absolutely loved the Neapolitan pizza from Burnt Toast Cafe, a must-try! Plus, the staff were friendly and the room was spotless and cozy. Can't forget that the Edgewater is super close to killer eats like Alligator's Gourmet Grilled Cheese and Miner's Daughter.
Parking is a bit of a puzzle—only a handful of small spots, had to hunt for meter parking!

I really enjoyed my nights here! The room was tidy, and I loved the comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom setup. Having a coffee maker and fridge made my stay more pleasant. Plus, the location by the river was a huge bonus for enjoying walks. However, the noise levels from other guests could be improved for a quieter experience.

Charming Stay with a Few Hiccups
Enjoyed a cozy four-night stay! The pet-friendly policy is fantastic. I loved the modern bathroom and the delicious food at the restaurant, although the prices were a tad high. Perfect spot by the river, but keep in mind there's no elevator. Plan for parking ahead of time.

I loved how cozy my room was, and the daily cleaning kept everything fresh and warm, but the noise from the creaky floors above was a bit annoying. I'd definitely stay again!
